Welcome to the B⭐️Terms of Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access and use of B⭐️services and the associated B⭐️RP Discord. Please read these Terms carefully before verifying your account. In addition to these Terms, you agree to abide by the CFX TOS, Discord TOS, and Twitch TOS.
B⭐️RP may amend these Terms at any time. By continuing to use B⭐ services, you are providing your acceptance of these Terms.
| 1.1.1 | By completing the verification process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the B⭐️Community Rules and these Terms. |
| 1.1.2 | B⭐️ RP is an eighteen-plus (18+) roleplay server. Our services may contain mature content not suitable for all minors. Minors, verified before the TOS amendment and inclusion of this rule, are allowed to use the B⭐ services. All minors must have the underage tag. |
| 1.1.3 | B⭐ uses multiple accounts and identifiers provided by Discord, CFX, and their services to identify players. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts. Security includes, but is not limited to, restricting access to the computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device they use to access the server and where passwords are stored. |
| 1.1.4 | Players agree not to assign or otherwise transfer their account to or share their password with anyone else. Account ownership is not transferable. |
| 1.1.5 | Players acknowledge and agree that B⭐️is not responsible for third-party access to their account, or any consequences of that access. |
| 1.1.6 | Players acknowledge and agree that any action taken under their account will be presumed authorized by them. |
| 1.1.7 | Players acknowledge that to use the B⭐️RP server they will need a Steam ID and a valid and licensed copy of Grand Theft Auto and by verifying and connecting to the B⭐️server they are granting B⭐️limited access to any personal information contained within their Steam or Rockstar ID. |
| 1.2.1 | Players are not allowed to create characters with sexually explicit or offensive names. This includes the creation of immature, phonetically sexual or offensive names like ‘Anita Head’. |
| 1.2.2 | Character names must be semi-serious, no meme names. They must be written realistically with a first and last name and contain no special characters or symbols. |
| 1.2.3 | Character names are limited to three words. For example, a first name, a middle name, and a surname. Hyphenated names like ‘Carly Clark-Smith’ would sound be classed as three names, not two. Legacy names are excluded from this until 2.0. |
| 1.2.4 | Creating characters to impersonate other players within the B⭐️RP community, past or present is not permitted. This includes names based on Discord profiles. |
| 1.2.5 | Creating characters with a name similar or based on the real life name of, music artists, movie characters, anime characters, actors, writers, or other ‘famous’ individuals is not permitted. |
| 1.2.6 | Creating a character with the real life name of other B⭐️RP community members, past or present is not permitted. This will be considered DOXXING. |
| 1.2.7 | Players wishing to create animal characters, characters with special abilities, or other ‘big’ storyline characters, must obtain staff permission before creating their character. For example; serial killers, psychos, or supernatural characters. |
| 1.2.8 | Transferring property, money, or other assets between characters you own is not permitted. Using a friend or third-party to assist in transferring property, money, or other assets will result in repercussions for both parties. |
| 1.2.9 | Players who create multiple characters must adhere to the B⭐️Community Rules regarding Character Separation. A player's characters cannot have intertwining storylines or knowledge of each other. |
| 1.2.10 | Custom licence plates cannot be sexual or offensive. This includes phonetically sexual or offensive plates. |
| 1.3.1 | Players are required to be in the B⭐️RP Discord and have the ‘Citizen’ role to access the server. To verify and gain the citizen role, players should navigate the 🎫⋮create⋆ticket channel in the B⭐️RP Discord and select ‘Verification Application’ from the drop down list. |
| 1.3.2 | All B⭐️RP Discord members must adhere to the Discord TOS, profiles cannot contain anything homophobic, racist, otherwise discriminatory or toxic. |
| 1.3.3 | Players are required to change their B⭐️RP Discord name to their character name. Players with multiple characters should separate names using ‘/’ or ‘|’. |
| 1.3.4 | Players are not allowed to change their Discord name to impersonate B⭐️RP staff members. This includes editing Discord names to include staff titles, or changing profile pictures to match those currently used by B⭐️RP staff members. |
| 1.3.5 | There are two (2) official B⭐️RP Discord servers: the B⭐️RP server and the Emergency Services server. Players are not required to join servers created for gangs, businesses, etc. Optional servers are considered OOC (Out Of Character). The use of information (beyond basic business tracking, disro runs, product pricing, employee rules, etc.) gained from these servers in-character is considered metagaming and not permitted. |
| 1.3.6 | Every B⭐️business Discord must have a staff role (that can see all channels) and invite at least TWO B⭐️staff members (moderator+) to prevent OOC toxicity and metagaming. |
| 1.3.7 | LEO Departments that use a Discord (other than the official Emergency Services Discord) must be owned by Bruin and have a Governor role. |
| 2.1.1 | B⭐️RP partners with Tebex to offer priorty access through reoccuring subscriptions. Players must agree to abide by the Tebex Terms before using this service. If players have any billing or transactional inquiries regarding a transaction made through Tebex, they should contact Tebex Support. Players who subscribe to priority access achnowledge and agree that the payment method they use will be automatically charged at regular monthly intervals, indefinitely, unless their subscription is cancelled by them. |
| 2.1.2 | Any benefits of subscription are considered a ‘gift’ from the community, they do not constitute a purchase. |
| 2.1.3 | Monthly benefits must be redeemed the month they are credited. A maximum of one (1) fob and one (1) plate change can be claimed per monthly subscription cycle. Subscribing to multiple packages will not provide additional gifts beyond this limit. |
| 2.1.4 | Players are NOT allowed to resell any of their benefits for in-game currency or real-life money. |
| 2.1.5 | Players wishing to transfer their monthly benefits to another player must seek B⭐️Admin approval, this can be done via a Support Ticket. |
| 2.1.6 | If benefit gifts are abused, they can be taken away as the B⭐️Staff Team sees fit. |
| 2.2.1 | All funds contributed through B⭐️RP Patreon are considered donations. For priority access use Tebex and not Patreon. Use of Patreon is governed by their Terms Of Service. |
| 2.3.1 | If a player is banned from B⭐️RP or leaves the server, under no circumstances will subscription payments or donation be refunded. |
| 2.3.2 | Any attempt to charge-back a subscription payment or donation will result in a permanent ban. Charge-backs will be disputed by B⭐️RP. |
| 3.1.1 | Any sort of ‘modding’ or ‘hacking’ will result in a permanent ban from B⭐️RP without warning or the right to appeal. |
| 3.1.2 | Visual modifications such as crosshairs or audio mods are permitted, provided they do not give the modding player an advantage over other players. |
| 3.2.1 | Macros that require third-party software to perform automated actions are not allowed. Players who use macros will have all assets removed from their account and risk a permanent ban from B⭐️RP without warning or the right to appeal. |
| 3.2.2 | Key bindings that assist with message typing are permitted. |
| 3.3.1 | Exploiting to gain an advantage may result in a permanent ban from B⭐️RP, without warning. The length of the ban will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity and impact on the server. |
| 3.3.2 | Players must immediately report any server bugs (via a Dev Ticket) to prevent other players from exploiting the bug. |
| 3.3.3 | Sharing knowledge of bugs, or failing to report them to the B⭐️Staff Team may result in TOS points, or a permanent ban. The severity of the punishment is dependant on the bug and the extent to which the knowledge sharing impacted the server. |
| 3.3.4 | Players who know another player is exploiting and choose not to report, risk TOS points, or a permanent ban. |
| 3.3.5 | Players who believe they may have received suspicious, duplicated, or exploited assets should inform the B⭐️RP Staff Team immediately. The B⭐️RP Staff Team will not punish those accidentally involved. |
| 3.3.6 | Players who use assets they know to have been exploited, risk TOS points, or a permanent ban. |
| 3.3.7 | Using emotes to “clip” into any environment/object is considered exploiting and is prohibited. |
| 3.3.8 | Using emotes to avoid damage is considered exploiting and prohibited. |
| 4.1.1 | All means of in-city voice communication are covered by the B⭐️RP Terms Of Service (local chat, phone calls, radio communication, sound board use, voice modifiers, etc.) |
| 4.1.2 | B⭐️RP is an English-speaking server, English should be used for all public, in-city voice communication. |
| 4.1.3 | Players are required to use a good-quality, functioning microphone. Exceptions are allowed with B⭐️Staff Team approval. Animal characters can use soundboards, but all sounds should be animal-type appropriate. |
| 4.1.4 | B⭐️RP follows Twitch's TOS. The use of derogatory terms or hate speech is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to, homophobic, sexist, derogatory, abusive, or racist comments. |
| 4.1.5 | Players are asked to avoid sensitive real-life topics when communicating in-city, religion, race, politics, etc. |
| 4.2.1 | Players who use any B⭐️platforms to advertise other servers, or spam will be permanently banned from the B⭐️Discord and server. |
| 4.2.2 | The use of information (in-character) that was gained through watching someone's YouTube or Twitch stream is considered metagaming and not permitted. |
| 4.2.3 | Using information from someone's live stream to gain an advantage over the streamer (stream sniping) is not permitted. |
| 4.2.4 | Purposely disrupting the chat of a B⭐️ streamer's live stream is not permitted and may result in TOS points for OOC toxicity. |
| 4.3.1 | All means of in-city text communication are covered by the B⭐️RP Terms Of Service (text mesages, Birdy posts, /me and /do, gang sprays, whiteboards, other phone applications, etc.) |
| 4.3.2 | B⭐️RP is an English-speaking server, English should be used for all public, in-city text communications. |
| 4.3.3 | B⭐️RP follows Twitch's TOS. The use of derogatory terms or hate speech, via in-city text communication is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to, homophobic, sexist, derogatory, abusive, or racist content. |
| 4.3.4 | The creation or circulation of obscene or pornographic NSFW content is not permitted. |
| 4.4.1 | The playing of music via car radios or mixers is allowed. Players who want to mute music (for streaming purposes, etc.) can use the command /streamermode. This will mute all music. Music can also be turned down in the GTA settings, under advanced sound settings. |
| 4.4.2 | Players are not allowed to play music to intentionally disrupt roleplay, or spoil others' enjoyment of the B⭐️RP server. |
| 4.4.3 | Broadcasting music through proximity voice chat is allowed in bars, clubs and social venues (during events, etc.). Playing music through proximity voice in other areas is not permitted. |
| 5.1.1 |
Being toxic or breeding toxicity within or outside the B⭐️RP community is not allowed. Examples of unacceptable behaviours include, but are not limited to:
In addition, if these behaviors are repetitive and targeted towards a specific player(s), it will be classed as harassment. |
| 5.1.2 |
Feedback threads provide players a place to give input and constructive feedback about server changes and content in the B⭐️server. They are not places to engage in heated arguments, criticize players, or engage in toxic behaviour. Examples of unacceptable behaviour include, but are not limited to:
If these Feedback discussions turn toxic, they will be closed/locked. |
| 5.1.3 | Engaging in lengthy conversations in channels meant solely for the sharing of pictures and clips (👥⋮clips⋆for⋆social⋆media, 🤳🏾⋮city-pic-drop, 🧍🏾⋮rp⋆moments and 🤳🏾⋮irl-pic-drop) is not permitted. |
| 5.1.4 | The 💑⋮support⋆chat channel is not for general conversations. Discussion beyond requests for assistance or staff help should be moved to OOC Chat. A high volume of messages can make it harder for staff to see messages from those needing assistance. |
| 5.1.5 | Players are not allowed to message members of the B⭐️RP community to ask for money or items. If the request is reported to the Staff Team with evidence, the player attempting to solicit money or items risks removal from the B⭐️RP community. |
| 5.2.1 | At B⭐️RP we do not allow any form of OOC harassment, or bullying. This would include unwanted behavior conducted to cause distress or intimidate particular individuals/groups or abusive behavior that contributes to psychological or reputational harm. |
| 5.2.2 |
At B⭐️RP the following behaviours are NEVER acceptable (IC or OOC), engaging in them will result in TOS points or a ban.

| 5.2.3 | Any harassment is unacceptable, whether in character or out of character and can result in staff intervention. |
| 5.2.4 | As adults, we should communicate with each other. Any player who feels harassed should tell those involved to stop. The person responsible for the harassment may be causing distress without meaning to do so. Continued harassment after a request to stop will be taken very seriously. |
| 5.2.5 | Verbal abuse, slurs, and unnecessary name-calling are considered to be a form of harassment. |
| 5.2.6 | If two (2) parties consistently have negative interactions, the B⭐️ Staff Team may enforce a grace period, during which those involved should not interact. Violation of the grace period will be considered harassment and will be taken very seriously. |
| 5.2.7 | Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any characteristics protected by Discord TOS is not permitted; it will result in TOS points or a ban from the B⭐️RP platforms, depending on the severity of the infraction. |
| 5.2.8 | Any form of sexual harrasment will result in a permanent ban from all B⭐️RP platforms. |
| 5.3.1 |
The B⭐️RP Discord OOC chat has an 18+ tag, but it is also classed as a ‘Safe For Work’ channel. All NSFW content will be deleted. Not Safe For Work content includes, but is not limited to:

| 5.4.1 | Players who use a modified Discord client, such as Vencord or Better Discord, to obtain, discuss, or spread information about staff, tickets, or other confidential areas will be issued TOS points. |
| 5.5.1 | Any form of cyber attack against the B⭐️RP server or its Discord will result in a permanent ban from all B⭐️RP platforms. |
| 5.5.2 | Publishing private or identifying information about an individual, typically with malicious intent, is called DOXING. Doing this to a member of the B⭐️RP community or Staff Team will result in a permanent ban from all B⭐️RP platforms. |
| 5.6.1 | B⭐️Staff Team members are not allowed to develop or assist in the development of other FiveM servers. They are not allowed to hold a staff position on other FiveM servers. Failure to report this may result in a permanent ban from all B⭐️RP services. |
| 5.6.2 | B⭐️RP staff members who leave or are removed from the B⭐️RP Staff Team are not permitted to share information gained from tickets or staff voice chats while a part of the Staff Team. This information is classed as confidential and should remain so. |
| 6.1.1 | If the standard of a player's roleplay or OOC conduct is deemed to be below the expectations of the B⭐️RP community and the B⭐️Staff Team, the player may be brought under evaluation. If it is determined that the player is negatively impacting the community/server, the player can be placed on an official OOC or Roleplay Standards contract. |
| 6.1.2 | The OOC/Roleplay Standards contracts outline a list of terms/conditions that must be adhered to for the player to remain a part of the B⭐️community. The contract will last for a set time frame. |
| 6.1.3 | Players must agree to follow the OOC/Roleplay Standards contract before they are permitted to continue participating/roleplaying within the community. |
| 6.1.4 | A player's failure to follow the contract during the outlined time frame will result in indefinite removal from the B⭐️RP server and potentially the community. |
| 6.1.5 | The B⭐️Server Owner and Admins are responsible for decisions regarding OOC/Roleplay Standards contracts. |
| 6.1.6 | Anyone found intentionally provoking someone to break their contract, may also be placed on a contract or receive punishment points. These contracts are intended to help give people a chance to prove that they value being a member of our community, and interfering with that doesn’t present the kind of uplifting/positive atmosphere we are trying to maintain at B⭐️RP. |
| 7.1.1 | The B⭐️Staff Team reserves the right to intervene during roleplay scenarios when immediate moderator intervention is necessary to preserve the enjoyment of those using the server. |
| 7.1.2 | The Staff Team has the right to void any roleplay scenario if sufficient rule breaks deem such action necessary. |
| 7.1.3 | Players have the right to voice their opinion and defend themselves. Under no circumstances, right or wrong, should a player disobey or disrespect a staff member. |
| 7.1.4 | If a player is disrespectful, rude, or malicious to staff within a ticket, it will be closed. |
| 7.1.5 | Making derogatory comments about staff or shouting/screaming at them will be considered rude and disrespectful behaviour. |
| 7.1.6 | Players who are rude or disrespectful to B⭐️Staff Team members risk TOS points or a permanent ban. |
| 7.1.7 | Players have the right to report a staff member for potential abuse of power or handling moderation situations incorrectly. All reports against staff members are taken seriously and will be reviewed by the B⭐️Admin Team. |
| 7.2.1 | Failure to report a player for violating the B⭐️Community Rules & Regulations or the B⭐️Terms Of Service (this document) may be subject to punishment. Any punishment will be dependent on the severity of the unreported rule break. |
| 7.3.1 | Players should report B⭐️Community Rules or TOS violations to the B⭐️Staff Team via the 🎫⋮create⋆ticket channel in the B⭐️RP Discord. Select ‘Complaints & Reports’ from the drop-down list. |
| 7.3.2 | Complaint & Report tickets must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the alleged rule break unless the complaint relates to TOS issues, harassment, cheating, etc. |
| 7.3.3 | Complaint & Report must be accompanied by an unedited clip, at least one (1) minute in length. Clips that have been shortened for upload purposes are fine, but clips cannot be edited to exclude portions of roleplay mid-scene. Moderators may be unable to assist if no clip or a shorter clip is provided. |
| 7.3.4 | If a clip has been cut to exclude rule breaks (from the reporting player) or purposely incriminate the player(s) being reported, the Staff Team may issue the reporting player with TOS points. |
| 7.3.5 | Complaint & Report tickets opened as revenge tickets will be closed. Complaint tickets should be opened when rules are broken, not out of spite because a situation did not go as planned in roleplay. |
| 7.3.6 | Players who open a Complaint & Report ticket cannot create a Feedback to discuss that situation or bring it to OOC chats. This works vice versa, if you are mocking someone in OOC or a Feedback for breaking Community Rules, or a situation that happens in the city, and moderators remove posts/intervene, players cannot then open a ticket to report the incident as a rule break. This will be classed as revenge reporting. |
| 7.3.7 | Players who self-report when opening a Complaint & Report ticket may be issued points. |
| 7.3.8 | The recording of moderation sits (when a player is called into the Purgatory (WFS) channel), without the permission of the staff members present, is not permitted for legal reasons. Players wishing to record their moderation sit must inform the staff team member of their intentions before the sit begins. Staff Team members have the right to decline to be recorded. In such instances, the player will have to wait for a moderator who is prepared to have their voice recorded to be available. |
| 7.3.9 | Members of the B⭐️Staff Team may record moderation sits, as deemed necessary. |
| 7.3.10 | Clipping and sharing excerpts of moderation sits, or the whole recording, may result in TOS points. This includes using excerpts to make soundboard sounds. |
